Former Liverpool target and Lyon star Nabil Fekir is set to seal a move to Real Betis ‘in the next 48 hours’, according to reports.
The playmaker nearly completed a switch to the Reds last summer before the Anfield club pulled out of a deal.
Lyon are have now resigned to the fact they will lose the Frenchman for a cut-price fee after he failed to commit his future to the club.
Fekir has just one year left on his deal and the Ligue 1 side are desperate to avoid losing him on a free transfer.
According to RMC Sport, the 26-year-old has now asked club bosses to seal a deal with Betis, with the midfielder granted permission to travel to Seville for a medical.
Fekir will reportedly be sold to Real Betis for just £27million and Arsenal were believed to be interested in signing the France international earlier this month.
However, it is said the Gunners pulled out the running for a move because they failed to offload Mesut Ozil, who earns a reported £350,000-a-week
Fekir netted nine times and set up seven goals in Ligue 1 last season following his exploits with France at the World Cup in Russia.
